related services. ECPRO provides biometric attendance management, employee
attendance tracking, leave management, device management, and reseller-based
customer management services.
By accessing or using ECPRO, you agree to comply with these Terms &
Conditions. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the platform.
1.2 User Eligibility
- Users must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Company administrators are responsible for managing authorized users within their organization.
- Resellers are responsible for the information and customer accounts they create and manage.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
1.3 Services Provided
ECPRO may provide the following services:
- Biometric device integration and management
- Attendance synchronization and monitoring
- Employee check-in and check-out tracking
- Leave request and approval management
- Attendance reports and workforce analytics
- Employee and department management
- Reseller management and customer onboarding
- Company and device administration features
- Notifications and attendance-related alerts
1.4 User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
- Protect account credentials from unauthorized access.
- Not interfere with platform security or system operations.
- Not attempt unauthorized access to other customer or company data.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment and privacy laws when using biometric attendance systems.
1.5 Biometric Attendance Data
- ECPRO processes attendance information received from supported biometric devices.
- Customers are responsible for obtaining any legally required employee notices or consents before collecting biometric data.
- Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of employee and attendance information synchronized with the platform.
- ECPRO serves as a management platform and does not guarantee the accuracy of data generated by third-party biometric hardware.
1.6 Reseller Responsibilities
- Resellers may create and manage customer organizations using the platform.
- Resellers are responsible for maintaining accurate customer information.
- Resellers must not create unauthorized or fraudulent customer accounts.
- Any misuse of reseller privileges may result in suspension or termination of reseller access.
1.7 Data Accuracy
ECPRO relies on information provided by companies, administrators,
resellers, and connected biometric devices. Users are responsible for
verifying the accuracy of attendance records, employee information,
leave records, and generated reports.
1.8 System Availability
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain continuous service
availability, ECPRO does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, network failures, or
third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect availability.
1.9 Limitation of Liability
ECPRO shall not be liable for:
- Hardware failures or biometric device malfunctions.
- Incorrect attendance data resulting from device errors or user input.
- Loss of business resulting from service interruptions.
- Third-party network, hosting, or communication failures.
- Unauthorized access caused by compromised user credentials.
1.10 Account Suspension or Termination
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.
- Unauthorized use, fraudulent activity, or security violations may result in immediate suspension.
- Customers and resellers may discontinue use of the platform subject to applicable contractual obligations.
1.11 Changes to Terms
ECPRO reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any
time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance
of the revised Terms.
1.12 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in
accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ECPRO
operates.
